Sonya Laffoon is a Tennessee native with over 25 years in Massage Therapy experience and 23 years of esthetics. She is passionate about helping people whether it is for pain relief, relaxation or skin concerns. She takes satisfaction in being able to enhance her client’s natural beauty to inspire confidence from within. She loves sharing knowledge and expertise to help clients conquer any skincare challenge or help relieve pain that they may be experiencing. She approaches every service with focus on how she can best meet your needs long term.

Sonya is a graduate of Cumberland Institute of Wellness Education for Massage in 1999, Queen City Beauty College in 2001, and University of Kentucky in 1997. For past 2 decades she takes continuous education classes to obtain certifications to perfect her skills and knowledge. She has completed advanced studies in Lymphatic Drainage Massage for post surgery patients. Oncology massage, post medical and plastic surgery massage for scar healing.

She has a diverse experience in the spa world and medical field. She has been employed in healthcare for years, educator for massage therapy at local massage school and lead aesthetician and massage therapist at Aveda spa for over 15 years.
During her time off, She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
