Alyssa Stegall

PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

My journey in physical therapy began in Martin, Tennessee, where I grew up. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee-Martin, I felt drawn to the healthcare field and the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives. This passion led me to pursue a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Jackson State, which allowed me to gain valuable experience working as a physical therapy technician for several years. This experience not only solidified my desire to become a PTA but also equipped me with a deep understanding of patient care and the crucial role physical therapy plays in recovery and well-being.

I’m a physical therapist assistant specializing in treating orthopedic problems. My passion lies in helping people overcome limitations and rediscover the joy of movement. Witnessing the impact of pain and discomfort on individuals’ daily lives and hobbies motivates me to guide them back to doing the things they love. Whether it’s managing spine conditions, shoulder issues, or knee problems, I find immense satisfaction in seeing patients regain their strength, flexibility, and independence.

What truly sets this clinic apart for me is its vibrant atmosphere. Working in a busy environment keeps me challenged and allows me to encounter a diverse range of patients and their unique needs. Additionally, the supportive and collaborative spirit fosters a genuine family atmosphere, making this a truly rewarding place to work.
