Dr. David M. Allen is originally from the Chicago, Illinois, area. He has been a chiropractic care physician since 2000 when he opened Riverside Spine & Physical Medicine. He graduated from Life University’s Chiropractic School in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Allen is also a graduate of the Spine Research Institute of San Diego with an advanced certification in whiplash and brain injury traumatology. He has done extensive post-graduate work in the world famous Gonstead Technique of Chiropractic as well as studies in extremities, radiographic analysis, spinal rehabilitation and strengthening, and in diagnosis and treatment of acute automobile, sports- and work-related injuries.

After graduating from graduate school, he & his wife, Sue, realized that they wanted to stay in the South. The nice weather, friendly people and beautiful landscapes all appealed to them. They spent almost six months traveling all over the southeastern United States before choosing Clarksville as the place to open their practice and start their family of 4 kids.

Dr. David M. Allen is also certified by the national and Tennessee State Board of Examiners and is an active member of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association. He was also voted Best Chiropractor in Clarksville for the last four years.

Dr. David M. Allen was also voted the Best of Clarksville “Best Chiropractor” in 2019 and is an 13-time winner of that award.
